Our Story

Peaks to the Beach is a TVR Car Club event created by two TVR enthusiasts, amalgamating two of the best events into one. In 2020, we took on responsibility for the infamous "Thrills in the Hills" event. Already having responsibility for the "Rebels on the Seafront" event, which had debuted back in 2019, we decided to combine the two events, in order to make something memorable for our members. And so, 2021's event became the first iteration of Peaks to the Beach, with members joining us from far and wide.

2022 brought us a large amount of growth, with circa 100 cars joining us on each day of the event, from all over the UK. And Peaks to the Beach 2023 pushed us even further, allowing the event to continue gaining recognition within the club and surpassing the original events it was based on, becoming a staple of the TVR Car Club calendar. 

And that brings us to today, where we are hard at work getting set up for the 2024 event, which we hope will be another record breaking year for us in terms of participation!

As a national event, Peaks to the Beach is open to all TVR Car Club members from across the UK (and beyond), with no additional payment being required to take part!

Booking Details

So, would you like to come along to the must-attend event of 2024? Booking is not currently open, but will be available sometime early in 2024. As usual, this will be via the TVR Car Club Shop. Have your membership number handy and make sure to book any food you would like for the weekend!

Why do I need to book?

Booking is extremely important for several reasons:

1. It allows us to know how many people are coming, so that we can have enough promotional merchandise and route guides produced, helping us reduce waste and keep the event free to all

2. Also, by knowing how many people & cars will be joining us, we can ensure that there are enough marshals at the start and end locations to keep all attendees and the public safe

3. Finally, we need to take food orders now to allow the small businesses supporting us to place their food orders, minimising the food wastage and ensuring that they are not out of pocket.
